- Explain my problems I’m having and gets deflected on how it’s actually this issue and she shares her feelings

- Tell her my feelings are valid and need to be heard out as well then ask for a break

- Invited to shower with her and she washes me and proceeds to try and finish me

||
- I make sure she is all good and let her know it probably won’t happen for me

- Distracted from yesterday and over stimulated

- She apologizes saying she was going to do this then apologize for the other day
|
||
- Would have been nice to feel like my feelings were valued over my body.

- This sequence of events lets my internal dialog reaffirm my feelings don’t matter |
