fragginwagon	f7152bcff3	feat: add multipart image uploads Register Fastify multipart support, validate JPEG/PNG/WebP binary signatures, store upload bytes through ImageStorage, persist metadata after storage succeeds, clean up bytes on metadata failure, and document the upload boundary.
