I really enjoyed how easy it was to talk with everyone and the sense of openness and inclusiveness regardless of rank. Learning more about the guilds and how they develop best practices and coding standards for all of products being developed was extremely refreshing!
Today's visit has only reaffirmed that Mobials is poised for great things supported by a great team and culture. I'm certain that continued and inspirational success will follow in all vertices that you choose to pursue. I really enjoyed how easy and enjoyable it was to talk with everyone as well as the sense of openness and inclusiveness regardless of position made me feel like one of the team. Learning more about the guilds and how they will provide a cross-project place for people to learn, as well as developing best practices and coding standards for all products at Mobials is a very exciting and refreshing way to handle this instead of the top down approach!
