Would you be willing to do 80k to start and as we go down the road and start transitioning to mobile we will go to 90k, this motivates everyone to get phase one completed quickly. Let me know if thats something that would be of interest and i can get a offer letter drafted up

I think thats reasonable. I look forward to reviewing the offer letter. Will there be a document that will come after the offer letter that outlines pay schedule, title, etc. Or will this be in the offer letter?
