 GregI am hoping you can help me with a package that was not delivered to me today. i was home and it says i was not11:34:55 AM - it was critical i got today11:35:09 AM - I was also under the impression that it would be left at the front door as most of my other packages are11:36:16 AM - Its with DHL and the waybill is 192551070511:36:26 AM - I am hoping i can pick it up somewhere today or have a redelivery today where it is left on the front door11:37:32 AM - picking up in london is not an issue11:37:44 AM - still with me Deborah?11:42:43 AM

 [Deborah]This is a dhl shipment and we do give any case # but I would suggest you contact DHL Express and they will message the branch on your shipment as I do not see this was handed over to Loomis and it is not in our system.11:49:25 AM - DHL ph# 1855 345 744711:49:42 AM

 Gregi did messgae them and they said it would take 48 hours to communicate with you11:49:57 AM - you are delivering it on contract with them apparently they told me11:50:11 AM

 GregI already have11:51:01 AM - they said it will be attempted tomorrow. I was needing that package today11:51:13 AM - so I was hoping there was some place i could travel to to pick it up instead of waiting as that package was needed today11:51:40 AM
